Silver Sneakers
Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Power 30
Designed to be challenging, this is a 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. We are working to build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health. We utilize equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, TRX suspension trainers and more. We keep it diverse so you can always expect something new and fun to challenge you!

45-minute class involving functional movements with static stretching, and slow speed dynamic movements for increased mobility and proper posture. All while performing a variety of mobility movements that include balance, stability, functional strength,
30 Min Better Bodies
A 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class. Each class will offer a different WOD (workout of the day), and a variety of equipment will be utilized to keep the workouts fresh, fun, challenging and let’s not forget rewarding!
TRX
TRX is a 55-minute class that utilizes suspension trainers to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability through bodyweight exercises.
Zumba
Zumba is a fun and effective way to exercise with Latin and World rhythms. It combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility in an interval-style class that suits all levels and ages. And you get to dance and have fun!

Explore the fundamentals of yoga as well as traditional poses, and pranayama (breathing techniques). You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.

Dance Party
This is a 30-minute class designed for Special Olympics Adults. Everyone will enjoy a fun dance party movement and flow! All Special Olympic Adults welcome.
