Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

We are working to build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health. We utilize equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, TRX suspension trainers and more. We keep it diverse so you can always expect something new and fun to challenge you!

All while performing a variety of mobility movements that include balance, stability, functional strength, and range of motion in standing positions, as well as sitting and kneeling positions.
