Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Designed to be challenging, this is a 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. We are working to build lean muscle and improve cardiovascular health. We utilize equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, TRX suspension trainers and more. We keep it diverse so you can always expect something new and fun to challenge you!
45-minute class involving functional movements with static stretching, and slow speed dynamic movements for increased mobility and proper posture. All while performing a variety of mobility movements that include balance, stability, functional strength,
Explore the fundamentals of yoga as well as traditional poses, and pranayama (breathing techniques). You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.

In this 55-minute class you will utilize a step and dumbbells to develop your strength and cardiovascular endurance. We will also work to build your balance, strength and agility while having a rocking good time!
